What is interesting is that 3 years later we could have this exact same conversation. While blogging has grown tremendously in the real estate industry, the transaction-focused big hitters still don't need it or use it in great numbers. The "generational shift" that Brad was talking about still hasn't really occurred. And while there are many who can point blogging as a main source of their income, those who can say they run a very successful real estate business without blogging are much greater in numbers. 

Jeff, I agree 100%. In fact, that is one of the reasons I chose to share this particular video. :)
